September Is World Alzheimer’s Month

Alzheimer’s continues to be one of the most heart-wrenching diseases of our time.   The most recent research can be found on the ALZ.org website as well as useful information on the thought to be causes contributing to Alzheimer’s and useful tips on how you might prevent Alzheimer’s.   There is no foolproof prevention but there are things you can do that may have a positive effect and influence the future.  For example, daily physical activity, a healthy diet and social interaction are all thought to help prevent or slow the progression of Alzheimer’s.  Research is making new discoveries every day and there is hope that one day soon a cure will be found.
